DISPATCH: We always endeavour to give you the best possible value and service with the dispatch cost of your item/s. All shipping prices are fully inclusive of all handling and packaging fees and no profits are made on our P&P charges. We usually dispatch same or next day (except weekends). All items will be dispatched by certified first class Royal Mail or DHL for larger items over 2kg. Please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch/delivery. No items will be posted until your payment has cleared. Please note that we cannot make guarantees on behalf of any shipping company or fully predict delivery patterns especially during National Holidays and weekends, Any postal damage or losses will follow Royal Mail or Parcel Delivery Service procedures accordingly and we will work with you to resolve any issues should they very rarely arise.
